Important Notice 重要提示

>> One regular registration is within FIVE Pages including all figures, tables, and references. Extra pages will be charged.

>> The registration covers the 1 person's attendance & 1 paper; additional paper must be separately registered as an “Additional Paper” and paid in full. Co-authors who will not make presentation can register as Listener in order to attend.

>> Accommodation is not included in registration fee, the delegates need reserve rooms themselves,we advise you reserve rooms as early as you can.


♦ Author: making a presentation in the conference with paper publication.

♦ Invited Speaker: University faculty(Professor, Associate Professor, Lecturer etc.) who holds Dr. or above degree are welcome to make application for invited speaker. Once the application is approved, they can make registration with discount price. Please contact conference secretary for more details.

♦ Presenter: making a presentation at the conference WITHOUT publication.

♦ Listener: no presentation, no publication. Listener can simply register and pay the fee online(Click). After payment, please send email to icedaconf@vip.163.com and inform Ms. Ariel Xie.


Refund & Cancellation | 退款政策
If the participants request cancellation and refund, the following refund policy applies.

* 60 days ahead of the conference: 60% of payment refund

* 40-60 days ahead of the conference: 40% of payment refund

* Within 40 days ahead of the conference: no refund

>> Cancellation and refund request must be made formally via email

>> The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure.

>> The losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.
!! The conference cannot refund or pay any compensation where could not attend the conference is prevented by reason of circumstances which amount to “personal reason”. Such as travel difficulties, visa problems, health issues, financial default etc.
